Building the future,
one project at a time.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Kyle A. Dunn is a driven Civil Engineering student at Hofstra University set to graduate in December 2026. With over three years of hands-on field inspection experience and a sharp eye for quality, Kyle bridges the gap between technical engineering and strategic growth.
As the Marketing Director for Municipal Testing Laboratory, Kyle combines engineering expertise with business development — bringing the same precision to marketing strategy as he does to the field. Whether it's inspecting structural integrity or building a brand presence, Kyle approaches every challenge with the same Brooklyn-forged work ethic.

Getting to know Kyle.
Behind the hard hat and the blueprints is a story that starts far from Brooklyn's skyline. As a first-generation immigrant, Kyle's journey to civil engineering wasn't handed down — it was built from the ground up. Every inspection, every certification, every early morning on a job site carries the weight of a family's belief that hard work opens doors.
Brooklyn shaped Kyle's edge — the hustle, the directness, the refusal to cut corners. But it's the immigrant experience that fuels the deeper drive: the understanding that opportunity is never guaranteed, and that every foundation you build has to be strong enough to carry the next generation.
More of Kyle's story coming soon.
